The day of Eid is considered a very happy day in Islam. On the day of Eid, people not only seek forgiveness from Allah for their sins. But they also pray to Allah for themselves and their near and dear ones. Eid is celebrate twice in the Islamic calendar. Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Azha. The day of Eid ul Fitr comes after the holy month of Ramzan. When everyone prays to Allah after fasting for the whole month of Ramzan. After this comes the month of Shawwal and the last year of the Islamic calendar. Eid ul Azha is celebrate on the 10th of the month of the Zul Hajj.

The word Fitr also has another meaning which is derived from the word Fitrah. Which means begging. Unlike other Islamic festivals, Ramadan does not fall on a specific day. EID Celebration

In the rituals of this day, taking bath first thing in the morning, wearing new clothes, applying fragrant perfume, eating dates before going to Idgah, etc. are important. Usually, men wear white clothes. White color is a symbol of purity and simplicity. On this auspicious day, a large number of Muslim followers wake up early in the morning and assemble at the Idgah, which is a large open ground for special Eid prayers, to offer prayers and prayers.

Before the prayer, all the followers perform the ritual of donating a fixed amount of food grains to the poor, as prescribed in the Qur’an. Which is called giving fitr. Fitr is a charitable gift give to break the fast. After this, the special prayer of Eid and two rakat prayers are performed by the Imam. Arrangements for offering Namaz in Idgah are made for this special festival. On other days, Namaz is perform only in the Marjidas.
