The UPSC Civil Service Examination is considered one of the toughest exams in India. For a candidate to pass this exam, on average he needs to take it more than two times. Ankur Garg became the youngest candidate to achieve this feat when he passed the civil service exam in 2002 at the young age of 22.
Garg, who graduated from IIT-Delhi, is currently pursuing his two-year master’s program at the prestigious Harvard University.
