Indian agriculture act came into effect on 27 Sep 2020 after getting the consent of honorable President Ram Nath Kovind. We have seen the Farmers Protest against Three Farm Laws from 2020 September to still going on even though a committee was also appointed to set grievances related to Three Farm Laws. before going further first of all let’s try to find out the fame law acts.

According to prime minister Modi, this agreement is a watershed moment in Indian history. also, it has been found that the government tried to fix the issue between farmers and them. Government is not even just sticking to farm law they are ready to amend the law but no one came with having the amendment way.

It is needed to focus that farmers are the backbone of India and this is in favor of them at some point. Previous governments rule for more than 70 years but never came up with such kind of law. India needs to be developed and this development starts with the development of farmers also. farmers which are also called Ann data in India facing financial crises even in today’s scenario they have nothing as future savings for the betterment of their child. This is so saddening to see Farmers Protest.

What government did that it start to teach sentences directly without alphabetical knowledge like laws is right at their place but understanding is not much good among farmers and even not just like that those who have the understanding come up with a good solution but these rational being are not in good amount.

This time when parties seems to work together they started to provoke Farmers Protest.

Benefits

Benefits of this act will be interstate trade facilities, lead to good amount to farmers, storage facility, under legal practice all work will be done.

Disadvantages

1. No role for panchayat in that legal practice.

2. Storage of goods can lead to artificial inflation in future stances.

3. No mention of government fixed price MSP yes I agree they said that it is there but it should also be a part of the law to make farmers assured of that.

It is hard for farmers to rely upon because they are not from a rich background which will give no impact on them instead a small mistake can be a big drawback for them.

Solution

I try to put some solutions to resolve so long issue.

A program must be conducted to make farmers aware of this bill and the lead role of awareness must be given to our youth instead of parties and template work.

2. Panchayat’s role must be amended in that law which will ensure farmers that they are linked with the government.

3. government is doing work for the betterment of farmers along with acts they should also focus on free loans, the own house of farmers, education for farmers’ children, and some essential things which they need. It will make them empower then they will be ready to accept the empowerment bill act.

Protest Again (Three Farm Laws)
