BENGALURU: A unique court here has condemned a 22-year-old to five years of basic detainment and forced a fine of Rs 25,000 for offering disparaging remarks on Facebook posts after the psychological oppressor assault on CRPF jawans in Pulwama in 2019.
The request was passed by Judge Gangadhara C M of the Extra City Common and Meetings Judge (Exceptional Appointed authority for preliminary of NIA Cases).

Rasheed had offered 23 remarks on the posts of different news sources commending the fear-based oppressor assault and deriding the Military.
The court in its new judgment said the arraignment has created proof to show that the denounced made the disparaging posts on his Facebook account by supporting the self-destruction assault made on CRPF Jawans at Pulwama with an aim to advance hatred between various gatherings on grounds of religion, which is biased to the upkeep of agreement between various religions which was probably going to upset the public peacefulness.
