How to get rid of the unemployment problems

1. A well-qualified person should be appointed/elected for the ministry who could understand the plan and strategy for eradicating the unemployment problems.
2. Sufficient funds should be allotted for the implementation of the plan/strategy.
3. Government should not convert agricultural land into a residential area. Unemployment in India.
4. Good tax, service tax, and other taxes levied should be waived off so that many Industrialists could establish their industry for which many people could be engaged in such type of industry.
5. Industrial Bank of India and other nationalized banks should be made easy to give loan who is establishing their industry in India. 
6. Transportation charges from one place to another should be reasonable for which everyone can afford it easily.
7. Labor charges should be reduced so that foreign investors may establish their industry.
8. Natural resources like rivers, lakes,s, etc should be made easy to make it using in industrial use. 

WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF UNEMPLOYMENT:

• One of the most important causes is the rapid growth of the population. 
• The prevailing system and underdevelopment of industry and trade.
• The choice of inappropriate technology. Unemployment in India.

• In the absence of a proper human resource policy, the scope of higher education has been expanded without making any links with the available job opportunities.
• The desire to get only white-collar jobs is another factor creating unemployment among educated people.

Urban unemployment: Urban unemployment consists of industrial and educational unemployment. 

Rural unemployment: Rural unemployment is of again two types:

• Open unemployment: Open unemployment is the rural sector which includes people who are seasonally employed and chronically unemployed. Unemployment in India.
